As a Growth & Marketing Associate at Avro Life Co., you will represent our brand and build strong relationships with retailers, customers and the Austin community. This role involves identifying business and partnership opportunities, executing relationship building, achieving sales targets and providing customer appreciation support. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about wellness and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Foster and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and customers.
- Expand the Avro community through retail placements and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase community engagement.
- Help develop creative strategies to highlight Avro's unique benefits to our customers.
- Represent Avro at trade shows, events and promotional activities to generate leads and increase visibility, including work outside normal business hours or on weekends as needed.
- Support marketing efforts with social media insights, content ideas and customer feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beverage, wellness, natural products or consumer goods industry.
- A passion for health, wellness and sustainability.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work evening or weekend hours as needed.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
