Position Overview

Outside Sales Representative to join our life insurance sales team. This role involves forging strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. The position supports independent work, engaging with potential clients in various settings, and pursuing sales targets in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform to focus on qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, enabling more time for client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Conduct needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to assist informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, adapting to address client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, protecting client information and maintaining ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in licensing if not currently licensed).

Compensation
  • Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
  • Additional compensation types:
    Annual Bonus and Commission
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
