Overview of our company. Privately owned with a long-standing reputation in the fastener industry in the greater Hill Country area. We are looking to grow the business and offer many opportunities for advancement. We service customers directly on-site and have a walk-in storefront. New associates will be trained in-house at the Georgetown location to familiarize them with customers, products, and equipment.
Training will cover both inventory management and mechanical aspects of the job. Outside sales associates are provided with an outfitted box truck, computers, and a phone to conduct business.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Responsibilities include servicing customers with on-site sales and maintenance of tools for new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating customer needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate is bilingual, outgoing, and possesses excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Must be self-motivated with good time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and new customers
- Travel to meet and service accounts and manage their orders
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Know product inventory and applications
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual
- Ability to move 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous outside sales experience
- Outgoing, team-oriented attitude
