Responsibilities- Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.
- Assist with inside sales that come in via phone, walk-ins, and internet leads. Route projects to the appropriate salesperson or quote, put into design, and manage between you and the customer until it is picked up, shipped, or installed.
- Communicate with customers about order status and order pickup; QC incoming orders prior to calling customers.
- Receive customer payments.
- Participate in team selling, including assisting customers with ongoing orders and proactive outreach to dormant and prospective customers.
- Engage in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
- Work with customers via email, telephone, and in-person interactions.
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
- This is an in-office position that manages the front desk and requires a tidy appearance, the ability to be on your feet, and a friendly personality on the phone and in-person.
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships.
- Great listening and organization skills.
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
- Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.
- Prior experience in health care, construction or event management is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, and email).
- Proactive sales activities.
- Calm under pressure.
- Eager to learn.
- Team player and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and projects.
