We are an untraditional SaaS revenue organization, built to support a rapidly scaling technology start‑up driven by product‑led‑growth and sales (PLG / PLS). We are looking for top talents to build and scale in the EMEA market.
As part of the Revenue organization within Dev Rev, we are growing our team and hiring talented & ambitious people in the role of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), in Austin, Texas
. Your goal will be to expand Dev Rev's customer base and build a healthy revenue pipeline for the company. In this role, you will also have an opportunity to refine our go‑to‑market scripts and provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams.
Our office is located off of 6th street! We go in three days a week. Lunch provided!
Responsibilities- Expanding outreach and building our pipeline with high quality prospects
- Setting up introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
- Developing innovative approaches for outbound outreach – phone, text, social – to discover ideal prospects
- Nurturing and qualifying customers to showcase product demos & learn pain points
- Maintaining pipeline data and account information in Dev Rev's in‑house CRM
- BA/BS or equivalent educational or professional experience
- Prior experience as Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or Account Executive (AE)
- Experience selling SaaS or IT related products
- Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outplay
- Ambition, hustle, and a learning mindset
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal), with fluency in English
- Ability to connect with people deeply
