Counter Sales Associate (Bilingual Preferred)

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate. You will provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers, process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information. You will troubleshoot customer problems, upsell related products, and perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers. Pull orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications, provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems.
• Upsell by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
