At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Fitness Sales Associate, your primary role is to help clients achieve their goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales by engaging with guests and promoting our services.
• Generate and manage leads to set up complimentary demos.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, and address concerns.
• Enhance member retention through daily operations, customer service, and follow-ups.
• Lead by example, support teammates, and go above expectations.
• Track KPIs to monitor studio performance.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, encouraging add-ons, and improving sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in membership sales, confident in converting guests to members.
• Driven, competitive, and accountable for exceeding sales targets.
• Organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Using proprietary equipment, our practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles based on neuromuscular principles.
