The RoleWe are looking for high‑energy professionals with business acumen, technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our sales organization as a Business Development Representative. Your purpose will be to uncover and qualify new opportunities across our target market and create opportunities that lead to new business. You will be measured on your ability to create qualified opportunities that advance to closed deals.

- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
- Research and build accounts (add contacts, send emails, strategic calling).
- Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
- Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
- Solid base salary plus commission.
- Intrinsic drive to be successful and love to win – take initiative and do your best.
- Clear, succinct communicator – use the customer’s language to explain 6sense’s value.
- Innately curious – know the buyer, their business, and what 6sense means to their success.
- Collaborate and win as a team – share successes and help the team beyond closing deals.
- Must be able to come into the NYC office at least 3 days per week.
- Understanding of B2B enterprise marketing & sales.
- Motivation, drive, and a self‑starting attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Ability to understand customer needs and meet them with a successful product sale.
- Good time management and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Base salary $60,000 (varies by location and experience).
