That's why we're hiring in Austin. We want to bring the Peak experience to one of the top dining scenes in the country. The Field Sales Representative role will be instrumental in building out our presence in Austin and beyond.
Created in partnership with the Parker Palm Springs, a Leading Hotel of the World, Peak is built with hospitality experts for hospitality experts.
What does it mean to be a Field Sales Representative at Peak? You'll join a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment, playing a pivotal role in bringing Peak to the Austin market.
This is your opportunity to build, and own, a brand-new territory for Peak from the ground up. If done correctly, you’ll be the “mayor of your city” and every venue you visit the staff and ownership will know your name.

The ideal Austin Field Representative will- Have sales experience with consistent success in a quota-carrying role
- Be in the field visiting restaurants, in person, across the city
- Understand the unique challenges and opportunities within Chicago’s food and hospitality ecosystem
- Be comfortable using CRM tools and sales prospecting software (we use Hub Spot )
The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to 75,000 plus uncapped commission . You can expect to earn $95,000 to $115,000 OTE in your first year.
Expectations- Own and drive the full sales cycle in your Austin territory, resulting in closed-won deals
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, operators, and key decision-makers
- Research and identify prospective Austin restaurants and the stakeholders behind them
- Qualify leads and schedule in-person meetings
- Build and maintain a well-organized pipeline in Hub Spot
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader Peak team
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Energized by a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Compensation Range : $65K - $75K
