A company is looking for a Mortgage Broker (Contract).
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice throughout the mortgage process
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using industry knowledge
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives
- Licensed mortgage broker in at least one Canadian province
- Experience in lending products or sales functions is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role, preferably within the mortgage industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory developments and industry trends
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deliverables
