We are looking for a Loan Officer to join our team! This is a sales/mortgage origination role. This is not a “build from scratch” role – it’s your chance to step into a thriving operation and elevate it further through your ability to sell, operational excellence, and world‑class customer service. You’ll Do
- Leverage Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and CRM platforms to streamline the loan process.
- Work directly with agents and clients to deliver tailored loan solutions.
- Take loan applications and pre‑approve borrowers.
- Lock active loans.
- Send initial disclosures on active loans.
- Maintain compliance with applicable lending regulations and company policies.
- Achieve consistent monthly funding goals – 10+ loans per month expected.
- Request current client referrals from each active client – minimum of 2 a month required (2 must convert to an application).
- Manage a consistent pipeline of purchase and refinance transactions from current client referrals, agents, etc.
- Complete Greatness Tracker every day and week.
- Enter leads into CRM as they come in and distribute to team evenly.
- An originator that wants to be the absolute best.
- A strong desire to sell and build meaningful relationships.
- Proven success managing high loan volume as a producer or team leader.
- Elite sales, leadership, and communications skills.
- Deep expertise in loan programs, structuring, and compliance.
