Please join us as a Sales Development Representative where you will receive a multi-week comprehensive training program that equips you with consultative selling skills and deep knowledge of our Oracle solutions. You will join a highly collaborative sales team and be coached continuously throughout your career.
This in-office role is located in Austin, TX.

- Build a sales pipeline using cold‑calling methodologies and social selling.
- Develop a strong foundation in industry competency, Oracle product knowledge, and sales methodology to gain credibility with decision‑makers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and expansion/upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on go‑to‑market strategy, demand‑generation activities, and targets.
- Maintain accurate data in the Oracle CRM applications.
- Qualify and promote leads to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps, following eligibility criteria and incentive compensation plans.
- Bachelor's Degree required;
Business Major preferred. - 0–1.5 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework.
- Financially motivated and committed to a long‑term sales career.

USD $18.41 – $28.80 per hour; $38,300 – $59,900 per year. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 – 90/10. Salary ranges align with market conditions and Oracle’s internal equity.
