Business Development Manager – Food & Nutrition

We’re now expanding into the USA and looking for a Business Development Manager who will get us into retail, HORECA, food delivery services, and gyms. We’re searching for a driven sales professional with a hunter mindset—someone who knows how to build relationships and open doors with partners in the region.

• Actively identify and approach new B2B partners (distributors, retail, HORECA, food delivery, fitness centers).
• Present our product portfolio and the Vilgain brand, arrange meetings, and close deals.
• Build long‑term relationships with existing partners and support their growth.
• Gather and share feedback with HQ—market needs, product and pricing preferences, competitive insights.
• Meet sales targets and report results regularly.

• Proven sales experience in FMCG / food, ideally in the premium segment.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and business practices in the USA.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English (any additional language is a plus).
• Hunter mindset—you enjoy acquisition, finding new opportunities, and opening doors.
• Drive to grow together with the brand and deliver tangible results.
