About the Company.efficiently is the system of record for design intent in high‑end residential construction. We sit in the chaos layer between design and construction—where emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets create ambiguity that costs GCs real money.
Role OverviewWe’re hiring a founding seller: not a rep who needs leads, not a manager who wants a team, but a closer who knows construction.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close
- Stay with the client through pilot success
- Work directly with owners
- Achieve $180K–$220K OTE, uncapped commission
- Has sold into General Contractors (not just construction tech)
- Understand high‑end residential or custom homes
- Runs consultative, pain‑based sales (not feature demos)
- Ready to build a function, not inherit one
- Experience selling for Procore, Plan Grid, Autodesk, Buildertrend, or similar
- No lead machine—self‑generated hunting
- No playbook—help write it
- No layers—just results
