As an Account Executive, Commercial, you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client and help businesses solve complex communication problems worldwide.
In this role, you’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad. This in-office position reports to our Commercial Sales Manager and is based in our Austin, TX office.
What You’ll Do- Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
- Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
- Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
- Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, & Highspot.
- Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
