What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn professional sales skills through structured training and daily coaching
- Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys
- Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs
- Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Work toward—and exceed—monthly performance goals
- Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed and improve
- Comfortable communicating by phone and email
- Coachable—open to feedback and eager to apply it
- Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results
- Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus—but not required.

Compensation& Benefits
- Average first‑year earnings: $50,000 – $90,000
(Top performers regularly earn six figures) - Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped bonuses
- Monthly revenue bonuses
