Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
  • Minimum 1 2 years of personal lines sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of insurance coverages and underwriting guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Tech savvy: CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital communication tools
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and bind personal lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Specialty) as well as Life & Commercial lines, if appropriate.
  • Follow up with incoming leads from marketing, referrals, and telemarketing appointments.
  • Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right coverage.
  • Quote, present, and close policies using agency sales systems.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels: calls, quotes, follow-ups, and applications.
  • Cross-sell additional lines to existing clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline inside the CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly premium and retention goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the agency owner on sales strategy and continuous improvement.
