Compensation: $24,000 Base + 80% Commission + Performance Bonuses

Qualifications- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- Minimum 1 2 years of personal lines sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of insurance coverages and underwriting guidelines
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Tech savvy: CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Sell and bind personal lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Specialty) as well as Life & Commercial lines, if appropriate.
- Follow up with incoming leads from marketing, referrals, and telemarketing appointments.
- Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right coverage.
- Quote, present, and close policies using agency sales systems.
- Maintain consistent activity levels: calls, quotes, follow-ups, and applications.
- Cross-sell additional lines to existing clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized pipeline inside the CRM.
- Achieve or exceed monthly premium and retention goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the agency owner on sales strategy and continuous improvement.
