This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in identifying and selecting suitable vehicles, and delivering a positive purchasing experience. Daily tasks include consulting with customers, providing exemplary customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

Additionally, the position involves staying informed about vehicle features, financing options, and industry trends.

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and guiding customers with product knowledge and purchasing options
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a positive and welcoming experience
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience in automotive or retail sales is a plus
• Willingness to learn about Hyundai vehicles, products, and services
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts as required
