Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 + Bonus + Commission
An established business founded 10 years ago with deep expertise across technology and is now rapidly growing. London‑founded recruitment firm has expanded into Austin, US and looking to grow with ambitious, sales‑driven individuals to join their growing office. This is an exciting opportunity to launch or accelerate your recruitment career with hands‑on training, structured development, and clear promotion pathways.
The Austin office, now 20 strong, has recently moved into a brand‑new workspace with room for continued growth.
The OpportunityAs part of ongoing US expansion, they are looking for individuals with a passion for sales and strong resilience. You’ll start as a 180 Consultant, focusing on candidate engagement and market knowledge. Within 8–12 weeks, you’ll receive business development training and have the opportunity to step into a 360 role, managing both clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (e.g., car sales, door‑to‑door, real estate, or recruitment).
- Grit, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
- A social, team‑first mindset; culture fit is key.
- Either in Austin or wanting to relocate to Austin – support is available, including accommodation and flights.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training focused on recruitment and tech.
- Promotion to a 360 role typically within 2–3 months.
- Clear advancement opportunities, including leadership roles tied to performance.
- Base salary starting at $45k, rising with promotion milestones.
- Performance bonuses available from month one (e.g., up to $500/month early on).
