What You’llDo

• Drivenewbusinessdevelopment:70% in-field prospecting,30% account management.
• Engagemanufacturingclientsthroughcalls,site visits,social outreach,andemail.
• Leverage Linked Inandyour SSIscoretobuildastrongpipelineofplantmanagers,production leaders,and HRpartners.
• Uselabormarketinteltoidentifycustomerpainpointsliketurnover,skills gaps,andproductivitychallenges.
• Provideconsultativeaccountmanagementfocusedonsafety,workforce optimization,and performance.
• Winnetnewlogosandgrowyourmanufacturing-focused territory.
