Account Manager
Team: Sales
The opportunityThis is our flagship revenue role, held to a flagship standard. You own customer relationships end to end: uncover what a customer's application truly demands, engineer the right label solution with our technical team, and win on value, not price. You carry a real number, and we give you the product, the support, and the runway to crush it.
What you'll own- Carry and exceed an annual quota across new and existing business
- Run sharp application discovery and spec the right material construction
- Drive deals from first conversation to close with discipline and urgency
- Win consistently across customer segments
- Partner tightly with Customer Success so every win onboards clean and grows
- 3-5+ years closing B2B sales with real quota ownership ($1M+ annual)
- A consultative value-seller, not an order-taker
- Confident as the customer-facing technical voice, with expert support behind you
- Sells to outcome-owners (Marketing, Operations, Plant, Owners), not just procurement
- Holds a high bar for yourself and does not need to be chased
