Our mission is simple: be the roofing company Austin homeowners trust most. We're building a high-performance sales team here from the ground up, and early hires will help shape it.
No roofing experience required. No sales experience required. We hire for attitude, work ethic, coachability, and the drive to win.
What You'll Do- Generate your own opportunities through prospecting, door knocking, networking, referrals, and direct property-owner outreach across the Austin area
- Work company-provided leads alongside your self-generated pipeline
- Identify roofing opportunities and conduct basic inspections
- Guide homeowners through retail and storm-restoration projects, from first conversation to close
- Full training, so you don't need to know roofing or sales on day one
- Company-provided leads to supplement the business you generate yourself
- Proven sales systems and a CRM to manage your business
- Licensing and insurance handled by the company
- Ground-floor opportunity with a growing Austin team and a clear path to advance
