Elite Legacy Innovations is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team in Austin, TX as Entry-Level Brand Assistants

This is a hands-on sales and marketing opportunity focused on representing energy programs
, engaging directly with customers, and helping individuals explore available energy services and potential savings opportunities.
No previous experience is required! We provide paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do- Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Educate customers on energy services, program benefits, and enrollment opportunities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions
- Assist with customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment
- Support daily marketing campaigns and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development
- Reliable transportation throughout the Austin area
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
