Inside Sales Representative

Join an Austin-based AI security company as its founding Inside Sales Rep. You’ll own the full sales cycle for its self-service and freemium products, which detect AI fraud in meetings and AI-generated content. You’ll sell to talent acquisition teams and recruiting agencies. You’ll start with a structured 120-day

residency.

During the 120-day residency:

On successful completion of the residency:

• $150,000 on-target earnings (50/50 split)

• Own deals from first touch to signed contract on a short sales cycle
• Convert high-intent inbound leads from free and self-serve users
• Build your own outbound pipeline when inbound falls short of target
• Run demos, handle objections and negotiate terms independently
• Help write the playbook: qualification, messaging, demo flow and pricing
• Use AI tools to speed up prospecting and outreach

• 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales (prospecting and closing)
• Comfortable working inbound and generating your own outbound
• Strong written and verbal communication on a fast, consultative cycle
• Based in Austin, TX
• Bonus: sold to HR, recruiting or talent acquisition buyers; product-led or freemium sales; security or AI products

the role starts remote and moves to hybrid once the Austin office opens, expected within 30–60 days.
