Sales Executive

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to be a driving force behind Musketeer
83’s revenue growth. This role is for a natural-born hunter who excels at identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for our most valuable clients, embodying our brand and delivering solutions that meet their unique needs.

• Generate New Business:
  Identify, prospect, and qualify new clients through targeted outreach, networking, and cold-calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management:
  Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on post-sale satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Consultative Selling:
  Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the value of Musketeer
  83’s offerings to key decision-makers.
• Negotiation & Closing:
  Negotiate contracts and terms to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company profit goals.
• Reporting & Strategy:
  Track all sales activities and progress using CRM software, providing regular, accurate sales forecasts and contributing to overall sales strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven success in B2B or consultative sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
