Want to build your sales career at the intersection of AI, technology, and consumer brands?
We're looking for a driven, tech-curious BDR to join an early-stage, AI-native startup transforming how food and beverage brands connect with retailers.
What you'll do:- Identify and research potential retail partners using AI-powered prospecting tools.
- Drive outbound sales through cold calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach to samples, first orders, and repeat business.
- Build long-term customer relationships and grow recurring revenue.
- Work closely with engineers to share feedback and improve the product.
- 0–3 years of experience in SDR/BDR, software sales, account management, or CPG brokerage.
- Strong cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
- Resilience, coachability, and a willingness to experiment with new AI tools.
- Currently based in Austin, TX, and comfortable working onsite five days a week
.
Plus: Experience with food and beverage brands, CPG brokers, or established tech sales teams.
This is an opportunity to join an early sales team, own customer relationships end-to-end, and help shape an AI-powered platform from the ground up.
