Задачи:- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the service offerings of TEMENOS within the above locations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Initiate compelling sales conversations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, building lasting loyalty and rapport.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer issues, motivations, and the buying process.
- Effectively manage buyer indifference and resistance, overcoming objections to close deals.
- Utilize and leverage sales systems and tools to optimize sales performance and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer issue management and resolution.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Exceptional Spanish language skills
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the financial technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Exceptional customer-focused approach with a strong ability to understand customer needs and motivations.
- Proficiency in managing customer issues and providing effective solutions.
- A comprehensive understanding of the buying process and key buying influences.
- Skilled in initiating compelling sales conversations and expanding service offerings.
- Ability to effectively manage buyer indifference and resistance throughout the sales cycle.
- Proficient in utilizing sales systems and tools for effective sales management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Maternity leave:
Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month - Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married. This covers marriages and civil partnerships, including same sex/civil partnership
