Role & responsibilities
Volume achievement:
- Initiatives to seize every opportunity to increase sales in accordance with the companies policies & strategies.
Merchandising & Market intelligence:
- Ensure the display of new samples and convey the prices to new distributors & retailers.
- Ensure visibility of product placed at retailer counters.
- Inform competitors activities to the management immediately.
- Collect and convey market feedback about products to sales manager.
Liaisoning:
- Liaison with branch logistics & head office logistics to ensure an adequate stock.
Self-Development:
- Aiming towards fulfilling the best norms of the identified competencies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation.
- MBA Preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in hardcore sales in FMCG or similar industry.
