JOB PURPOSETo cover entire retail market in allocated area and achieve primary & secondary sales as per the target given by the company management MOM and increase business volume.
KRA(S) AND KPI(S)1 Business Revenue
- Handling Primary & Secondary Sales through continuous follow-up with Retailers and Distributors
- Appointment of New Distributors as per annual marketing plan and business requirements
- Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales target MOM
- Achievement of FBD targets
- Achievement of GDC & GDP targets
- Maintaining timely submission of claim submissions through regular follow-up with Distributors/Retailers
- Building relationship with BP and Retailers
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS TSO/ASM Retailers RSM Distributors BTL Team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- QUALIFICATION: Graduate
- PROFESSIONAL DEGREE (IF ANY): MBA
- EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS): 4-5 years in FMCG
