Sales Guru

This is an early-stage startup offering something genuinely unique, compelling, and challenging to the market. There's a short, focused ramp-up where I personally train you on the service—what it is, how it's differentiated, expected ROI, and how to handle common objections. Early on, we'll work side by side on live opportunities so you can gain confidence quickly.

• Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
• Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
• Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
Producing in the middle of the band — about $1.2M annualized
• Year 1:
Top quartile clears $1.6M+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission

The one-word differentiator between our team and every other security system provider is "Outcome" This is what we sell. Everyone else sells equipment, cameras locks, monitoring etc.
