- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory through network expansion and effective channel management.
- Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales through planned market development initiatives and sales activities.
- Identify and appoint new channel partners/dealers/distributors to expand market coverage.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to achieve aligned business targets.
- Develop and execute territory-specific plans to increase market penetration, distribution, and sales volumes.
- Provide monthly product requirement inputs/forecasts based on market demand, sales trends, and business plans.
- Plan and execute various sales and marketing activities, including dealer meets, customer meetings, promotional activities, and market development initiatives.
- Ensure effective utilisation of approved sales and marketing budgets for activities and dealer/customer engagement programs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and channel feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure regular market visits and maintain strong on-ground connect with dealers, retailers and mechanic workshop
- Track business performance against targets and take corrective actions to achieve the desired results.
- Candidates with experience in the Lubricants industry will be preferred.
- Candidates from related industries such as Batteries, Tyres, Paints, Spare Parts, or Automotive may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, customer base, and distribution network is required.
