The role offers a dynamic environment at the intersection of partner management, business development, and complex enterprise sales.

It is ideal for a commercially driven relationship builder who can translate strategic alliances into tangible pipeline growth and long-term customer value.

  • Enable solution-led selling by positioning digital thread, product lifecycle management, and AI-enabled solution accelerators alongside partners' industry expertise and delivery capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with strategic partners to improve collaboration, identify business opportunities, and support successful joint customer engagements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to align sales priorities, partner strategies, customer needs, and opportunity development.
  • Monitor performance against business objectives, with a focus on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue growth, and overall go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Support forecasting, opportunity tracking, and business planning to ensure visibility into pipeline progress and achievement of commercial targets.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Global System Integrator-focused selling, partner management, alliance management, strategic account management, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Global System Integrators, advisory consulting firms, or hyperscalers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales methodologies, complex sales cycles, and collaborative selling models.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships and translating joint go-to-market plans into qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of industrial digital thread or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and business execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, influence senior decision-makers, and collaborate effectively across sales, technical, and partner organizations.
