Sales Account Manager

Fully Remote (up to 50% Travel)

We're looking for a true sales professional who knows how to sell capital equipment into manufacturing environments—not just talk about it. This role is focused on the dry food industry, selling high-impact packaging, converting, and pouching machinery (including FFS lines) directly to plant leaders, engineers, and executives.

• Own the full sales cycle (prospect → close) on complex, mid-to-long-cycle capital deals
• Travel ~50% to customer sites
• Work directly with operations and engineering teams to solve real production challenges
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of plant-level and executive relationships

• Experience selling packaging, converting, food processing, or similar capital equipment
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals with long sales cycles
• Comfortable on plant floors, not just behind a screen
• Strong technical and commercial instincts—able to speak credibly with engineers and executives alike

• Fully remote with established region
• Base, Bonus, Commission, OTE earning potential ($150K–$180K)
