The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing client interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This on‑site position requires strong organizational skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
Key responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and maintain high‑quality service.
- Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and follow‑up documentation.
- Coordinate order processing, track delivery status, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and product presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system daily.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Negotiation experience to address client concerns and secure agreements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail‑oriented with excellent record‑keeping and data entry accuracy.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
- Knowledge of basic sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with the industry’s product line or market trends.
- Additional language proficiency.
