Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, EMEA

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sr. Sales Enablement Manager for our European region. This pivotal role will be a strategic partner to our EMEA Sales Teams responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives performance, accelerates growth, and aligns with global objectives. This is a unique opportunity for a player-coach to build trust, bridge cultural and operational gaps, and serve as the face of global enablement in Europe while focusing on enablement for both individual contributors and managers alike.

Experience:

** 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful programs.
** Strategic Acumen:
** The ability to think strategically and translate business goals into a clear, actionable enablement strategy. Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. The ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple and compelling manner.
** Seller-Focused Storytelling:
** Exceptional ability to simplify complex platform messaging into inspirational, illustrative narratives that empower sellers to address immediate customer needs while strategically positioning solutions for future deal and organizational expansion.
** Relationship-Centric:
** A natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority. The ability to challenge the status quo and navigate complex, sometimes difficult, dynamics with grace and professionalism.
