The selected candidate will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site specific post orders. These duties may include:

• Unarmed – Level 2 security license required. Applicants without a Level 2 license must be eligible to obtain a license during the onboarding process. Must have prior security experience.
• A flex officer is needed for the Austin Metro area. The officer will not have a permanent assignment at a specific location. This position will assist in covering open shifts, some planned days in advance, some short notice. Must be flexible to work various sites, days and hours. Management works with flex officer/s on hours worked per week dependent on the needs of the business and the number of hours the officer is available.

• Basic computer skills and use of software is required. Must be able to conduct foot patrols and use stairs as needed. Outstanding customer service, written and oral communication skills are required.

All candidates:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience. One year of military, concierge or an AA or BA in a related field will be considered as well.
