- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
- Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter disturbances and reassure staff and visitors.
- Observe and report security‑related irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and site representatives to address concerns and support daily operations.
- Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
- At least 5 years of security‑related experience.
- At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
- Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation and drug screen as required.
- Driver’s license required only for driving positions.
- License requirements subject to state or local laws.
- Mid‑Senior level
