Surveillance Investigator - Experienced
Covent Bridge Group is growing—and we’re looking for experienced, licensed investigators to join our elite surveillance team. In this role, you’ll conduct discreet, vehicle-based field investigations to help uncover insurance fraud and deliver trusted results to our clients.

Responsibilities / Requirements- Case Prep:
Use social media and database tools to conduct initial research and gather intel on subjects. - Surveillance in the Field:
Carry out discreet, mobile and stationary surveillance—track movements and capture high‑quality video evidence. - Reporting:
Write thorough, court‑ready reports that clearly document key activities and findings. - Evidence Submission:
Upload reports and video footage from your personal laptop. - Team
Collaboration:
Stay connected with your field supervisor for ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship.
- PI License:
Must be eligible to obtain a Private Investigator license in Texas. - Driver’s License:
Active driver’s license that is not currently suspended or revoked. - Personal Vehicle:
Reliable vehicle with evidence of auto insurance (tinted windows preferred). - Travel Expectations:
Occasional further travel and overnight stays may be required. - Technology:
Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet service. - Required Skills:
Computer & internet proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to operate covert video equipment.
- Conduct Fixed and Mobile Video Surveillance.
- Gather Evidence:
Perform video, photo, and audio recordings. - Background and Activity Checks.
- Investigative Reporting.
- Evidence Management and upload.
- Drive Safely and Responsibly.
- Start time typically 6:00 AM; end time varies.
- Weekends and holidays are common workdays.
- Long hours alone in the vehicle, regardless of weather.
- Maintain constant alertness and use video equipment.
