We’re hiring a Business Operations & Compliance Associate to ensure our internal operations meet the same rigorous standards our aviation customers demand.
What You’ll Do

• Compliance & Security Alignment
• Drive SOC-II readiness to meet aviation customers’ vendor requirements
• Develop and document audit trails, part-traceability standards, and role-based access controls
• Partner with leadership to integrate aviation-specific compliance frameworks into Wild Ducks operations
• Operational Support
• Provide analysis that ties into forecasting, maintenance schedules, and supplier visibility
• Support projects that enhance aviation-grade security and compliance

• Experience in aviation supply chain, MRO, aerospace compliance, or regulated logistics
• Comfortable with compliance-heavy environments where audit readiness and secure data flows are non-negotiable
• Detail-oriented operator ready to grow into a compliance and security leadership track in a fast-scaling startup
