Job Schedule: Thu 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate de-escalation and intervention techniques as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help deter theft, vandalism, and/or other prohibited activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by site-specific procedures.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary, following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain assigned security-related equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company and site-specific guidelines.
- Provide assistance and direction to visitors, tenants, and/or employees as needed, fostering a welcoming and secure environment.
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a Level III armed certification in Texas.
- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
