Position: Field Training Supervisor (AUS)

Job Skills / Requirements

The Field Training Officer helps to support branch operation in meeting the needs of our clients and employees throughout the Austin area. The Field Training Officer performs employee/equipment inspections, patrols, training, limited scheduling, working assigned post and handling on-call emergencies. This is a driving position. So a drivers license is required.

Shift: Wednesday-Saturday 9:00 pm - 7:00 am

Pay rate: $19.00

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous supervisory experience in contract security is preferred.
  • Always maintain a professional image.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and take charge in a fast-past, constantly changing environment
  • Understands smart phone technology, excell, outlook and Ipad technology.
  • Must have a valid and non-expired Texas Driver license with no more than 3 moving violations in 2 years and no record of DUI/DWI.
  • Must be 25 years old to be placed on company insurance.
  • Must be able to meet the requirements to obtain and maintain a Security Officer License in the State Of Texas.
  • Candidate must pass a background investigation to include criminal history, stable work history, personality profile test and a drug screen.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Conduct spot inspections of security officers at the post throughout the Austin area. Ensuring that high standards of appearance and performance are being maintained by officers in the field.
  • Respond to assist with problems and/or emergencies that happen through out the shift
  • Help with finding coverage for shifts when call-offs occur.
  • Work a post when needed
  • Any other duties assigned by branch Office staff.
