Daily in‑person visits to various client sites throughout the market.
- Supervise day‑to‑day security service and ensure the highest service standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees; serve as liaison among Garda World, clients, and assigned staff.
- Meet regularly with clients to address problems, offer solutions, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, select, orient, train, and continually develop staff assigned to the accounts.
- Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers; review reports, provide training and guidance, evaluate proficiency, ensure compliance with contract specifications and Garda World policy, and initiate corrective action as required.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of post specifications, post orders, instructions, patrol areas, zones, emergency procedures, staffing requirements, client policies, and any other information necessary for effective operation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports.
- Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, contracts, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve efficiency and service.
- Follow progressive discipline on corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
- A college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience (3 years preferred).
- Experience overseeing multiple sites.
