Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at retail locations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail property and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior or unauthorized individuals and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control procedures to help deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas within the retail location.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when required during incidents or emergencies.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
- Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or possess a college degree.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Level III armed certification is required for roles in Texas only.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
