We are seeking reliable and skilled On-Demand Security Officers to provide essential security coverage across various client sites in Austin. This role is ideal for experienced security professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt to changing circumstances quickly.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Respond to on-call dispatch requests and ensure timely arrival at designated locations.
* Maintain a professional security presence at site locations such as entrances, lobbies, parking lots, and boundaries.
* Monitor for unauthorized access, unusual behaviors, and potential safety hazards.
* Control access and verify credentials, visitor logs, or permissions when required.
* De-escalate incidents and manage disturbances, medical situations, or evacuations according to established guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors using radios or mobile devices.
* Prepare accurate incident and activity reports as necessary.

*** Must hold a valid Texas Security Guard License.
