Job Description & How to Apply Below

Field Superintendent – Waterproofing Austin, TX | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits Salary: $90 000 - $100 000 (up to $110K for highly experienced candidates) Ready to lead from the field, not the office?

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in a hard day’s work, knows how to run a crew, and wants to build a long‑term home with a company that values loyalty, safety, and teamwork.

If you’ve got the heart of a builder and the mindset of a mentor — this might be the best move you make this year.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and train Foremen, Craftsmen, and Technicians on active commercial roofing or waterproofing projects
  • Keep your crew sharp: safety, quality, and accountability every single day
  • Set the tone on‑site — stretch & flex, PPE 100%, no shortcuts
  • Review progress daily with Project Managers and Operations teams
  • Walk every job for safety, quality, and production — if it’s not right, you fix it before anyone else notices
  • Keep communication tight with the GC and ownership — represent your crew like a pro
  • Review costs, productivity, and opportunities to improve the bottom line
  • Reward good work and address issues before they become problems
  • Help hire, train, and mentor the next generation of field leaders
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience running crews or working as a Foreman in commercial construction (in roofing or waterproofing experience a must)
  • Strong leadership skills — you know how to earn respect, not demand it
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Safety‑first mindset (OSHA 30 preferred)
  • Can read blueprints, understand specs, and stay a step ahead on site
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
What You’ll Get
  • Solid, steady work — not stop‑and‑go projects
  • Full‑time stability with room to grow
  • Support from leadership who’ve been in your boots
  • Competitive pay + overtime
  • Full benefits package
