We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing installations and field operations on commercial construction projects. This is a 100% on‑site position requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who can effectively supervise crews, coordinate with other trades, and ensure project milestones are met with precision and efficiency.

- Install, maintain, and repair pipe including joints, valves, rains, and fixtures in all types of structures
- Supervise field and subcontractor workers and be directly responsible for field installation activities in a specifically assigned area
- Provide necessary tools and installation equipment in the work area prior to the arrival of workers
- Provide installation instruction to workers by detailed verbal explanation or detailed sketches
- Maintain organization of all materials to ensure ease of installation in the work area
- Expedite availability of tools, equipment, and materials to ensure that workers stay in the work area
- Mark‑up as‑built drawings daily
- Enforce safety policies and respond to incidents
- Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to plumbing crew consisting of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices/helpers
- Manage RFIs and submittals as needed
- Develop and maintain a 3–6‑week look‑ahead schedule
- 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman role
- OSHA 30 certification
- Journeyman license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications
- Experience managing underground, rough‑in, and finish‑out phases
- Strong commitment to job site safety, quality control, and productivity
- Proficient with basic digital tools or mobile apps used for timekeeping, reporting, and communication
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across trades and with project management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
