Base Pay Range

$100,000/yr - $160,000/yr

• Manage 2‑4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000‑100,000 man hours or $5M‑$25M
• Supervise 2‑4 or more supervisors with responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
• Independently start and manage projects
• Drive daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction to the highest standards
• Recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices
• Maintain a constant focus on safety while working with top‑of‑line equipment

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience managing high‑dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams
• 2‑4+ years of prior supervisory experience
• Experience utilizing prefabrication
• Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
• Willingness to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
• Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high‑quality electrical workmanship
• Motivation to pursue professional development and obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
