• Observe and assist senior electricians, following written or verbal instructions provided by a Licensed Wireman, Journeyman or Master Electrician.
• Follow all safety codes and guidelines, wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment, and adhere to job‑specific safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain tools and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are on site and readily available during the project; organize and transport tools and materials as needed.
• Prepare and clean the work site before and after each project, removing unused materials, dust, and dirt.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the electrician.

• Apprentice Electrician License required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• NABCEP Installer or Certificate of Knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Previous solar installation experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• Ability to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
• Comfortable with heights and working in hot and cool climates.
