About the Role:

Join our team as a Master Electrician and be at the forefront of launching our new Electrician Division! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and help us expand our services while delivering top-notch electrical solutions to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of our new Electrician Division.
• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
• Conduct safety inspections and assessments of electrical systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
• Manage project timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in residential services.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Proficient in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $ per year
