The DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Integrated Security Solutions Technician in Austin, TX. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing Commercial Integrated Security Systems such as Electronic Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and perform on‑site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck with knowledge of all parts, part numbers and descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
